Helen is passionate about the mind-body connection and is here today to talk to us about hypnotherapy. She finds hypnotherapy to be an amazing and effective tool to get to the root cause of a lot of life’s “issues”. With her clients, Helen will work with a variety of challenges such as: resolving trauma, releasing fears and phobias, overcoming addictions and unhelpful behaviors, and dealing with stress and anxiety. Jennie Hoglund, CCH, is a classically trained homeopath and certified classical homeopath through the Council for Homeopathic Certification. With a medical background in Laboratory Science, Fertility, and Blood Banking, she is well-equipped to understand the symptoms and illnesses of her clients. Jennie is a graduate of the 4-year Classical Homeopathy training program at Northwestern Academy of Homeopathy in Minneapolis, MN, where she serves as a clinic supervisor.
