About my Guest:
Elaine Macdonald is a seasoned trainer with over 10 years of experience in the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®, having trained under Master Trainer Sebastian Plettenberg in New York and received certification under SMT Angela Crowley. She also attended the GYROKINESIS® Rejuvenation Course in Bali, where she studied directly with the system's founder, Juliu Horvath. Specializing in both rehabilitative and fitness-focused sessions, Elaine helps clients actively engage in their own healing and growth, with a diverse clientele that includes athletes, golfers, individuals with chronic pain, dancers, and those recovering from injuries. Now teaching at Fluidity in Motion, she works with people of all levels to improve strength, ease, and balance. In addition to her work as a trainer, Elaine is currently a homeopathic student, having just completed her first year at the Center for Homeopathic Education. This new path enhances her holistic approach to health and wellness, integrating the principles of homeopathy with her movement and rehabilitation practices.
